These terms cover your use of kidboogiedown.com. Booking a party with us is covered by a separate written agreement that we send you after your inquiry; these website terms do not replace it.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, share links to our pages, and use our forms to get in touch. Please do not copy our photos, videos, logos, or written content for your own use without asking first; they belong to Kid Boogie Down or to the photographers and partners who gave us permission to use them.

Event listings

Dates, times, venues, and prices on our Events page come from the organizations hosting each event and can change. Where an event has a ticket link, the ticket seller’s terms apply to your purchase, not ours. Please confirm details with the venue before you go.

Forms and inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry is not a booking. We reply within 48 hours to confirm availability and next steps, and a date is held only once we have a signed agreement and deposit. Please submit accurate information; we use it to reach you about your event.

Reviews

When you submit a review, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and you give us permission to display it on this site and in our marketing in the way you selected on the form. You can ask us to remove or change how your review is credited at any time by emailing us.

Links to other sites

We link to venues, ticket sellers, and our social media accounts. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranties

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We are not liable for losses that come from relying on information here or from the site being temporarily unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
